1. The Service

4. No betting, financial, or professional advice

You make your own decisions and assume full responsibility for any outcomes, including losses arising from betting or other third-party actions.

5. Acceptable use

• You agree you will not:

  WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (INCLUDING SPORTSBOOKS), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  
  

  OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $10 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY), SINCE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

  
  

  You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
